Washington Corporations announces the appointment of Michael Boyer as Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. As CIO, Michael will provide oversight and leadership of Washington Corporations shared Information Technology services provided to the Washington Companies and other affiliated Washington entities.
About Michael Boyer:
Michael brings a wealth of experience to our team, including 25 years of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering strategic technology solutions for diverse clients. Michael has a proven track record in conducting technology assessments, developing IT strategies, and leading implementation projects. He has also built and managed critical client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical customers. Michael’s resume includes prior IT Global leadership positions with JR Simplot, Boise, ID, and Perdue Farms, Salisbury, MD. We are excited to welcome Michael to the Washington Companies team.
