Southern Railway of British Columbia Limited (SRY) is a major transporter of freight in British Columbia. SRY is based in New Westminster, B.C., and serves the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, providing seamless service and connections to markets throughout North America. SRY operates over 125 miles of track, and interchanges with four North American Class I railroads: Canadian Pacific Railway Canadian National Railway, BNSF Railway, and Union Pacific Railroad.

SVI Rail Link

Southern Railway of Vancouver Island Limited (SVI), is a subsidiary company operating over 140 miles of track on Vancouver Island. SVI offers freight service to points on Vancouver Island and connects to SRY and the continental North American rail network via SRY’s rail-barge service at the Annacis Rail Marine Terminal in Delta, BC.

Blue Water Rail Services

A sister company to SRY, Blue Water Rail Services Limited Partnership (BWRS) partners with transportation and supply chain customers and terminals to provide effective rail-based transportation solutions. BWRS offers a breadth of railway operational experience including terminal rail operations, logistics, switching services, engineering and mechanical services, railcar repair, and track and maintenance of way services to maximize the customers’ assets and support their capacity growth.

BWRS is based in New Westminster, BC, and provides services at customer locations in the Lower Mainland.
