Ian joined Seaspan Ferries in March 2018 as Vice President, Ferries and Transportation Logistics, bringing with him more than 27 years of experience in the transportation and resource sector. In May 2019, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Seaspan Marine Transportation. In this role, Ian led Seaspan Marine Transportation’s strategic initiatives and was an integral member of the leadership team, helping to define, develop and execute long-term corporate goals and objectives. As President, Seaspan Marine Transportation, Ian is accountable for the company’s overall operations and performance with a strong focus on safety, stakeholder relations and customer service excellence. Ian’s industry expertise and market understanding, coupled with a highly strategic approach and a focus on operational excellence builds on and expands Seaspan’s logistics service offering, meeting the increasingly complex needs of our marine customer base.
