Media Release

I do hereby release my image to the Washington Companies, its assigns, affiliates, licensees, and legal representatives, the irrevocable right to use my picture, portrait or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, for any and all purposes including but not limited to display or placement on Washington Companies websites, videos, and printed materials, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith. I am of legal age. I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.
