Kevin Poulin was appointed President in March 2025 with overall responsibility for Blue Water Rail Services. Kevin began his career at Southern Railway of British Columbia (SRY) in 2006 with the completion of his CPA, CMA professional certification in 2008. He was promoted in 2019 to Director, Corporate Finance. Prior to SRY, he held various finance positions over a 5-year period at Cellex Power Products. He currently serves as a trustee for the SRY pension plan and as a member on both the Railway Association of Canada’s Finance and Audit Committee and Tax Advisory Committee.
